Komputer dan Gadget Anda Mungkin Dirampas! AWAS!

Hari nie aku terbaca salah satu website yang menyatakan komputer atau gadget kita mungkin dirampas oleh pihak berkuasa jika kita membuka 'wanted' website. Perkara nie diceritakan sendiri oleh seorang forumer dari PhotoMalaysia. Menurut dalam kes nie, jurufoto tersebut membuka 'wanted' website tersebut kerana ingin tahu. Kes ni berlaku pd awal bulan nie dan komputer serta gadget forumer tersebut bru dipulangkan pd 2hari lepas.

Berikut adalah kronologi kes tersebut:

1. i surfed 'wanted' website for curiosity ... while at the SAME TIME uploading pictures with heavy bandwith ... i believed this given the signal that i

uploaded material to the web...

2. few day later enforment officer ( i do not want to mention from which agency ) together with patrol car raid my house... with warrant.. under Act 288 , Section 250 , Multimedia Act...

3. went for 3 hours interrogation - all details about myself is on table

4. collect back my items...

so... be carefull while u post something... when they came... u feel helpless

and dont ask me... what website was it ... as i dont dare to type and to pronounce even on phone..

Dalam kes ni mangsa tidak menyebutkan 'wanted' website apa yg telah beliau layari. Oleh itu, sbg pengguna internet di negara ini, kita perlu berhati2 dalam melayari website2 yg telah disenarai hitam oleh kerajaan kita skg nie.
